CityMac, the only certified Apple Specialist in Northwest Washington, opened its fourth store Feb. 1 in Issaquah’s Grand Ridge Plaza
CityMac offers Mac computers and a full line of Apple products, including iPhones served by Verizon Wireless, iPads, iPods, peripherals and accessories. Education discounts are available for students and teachers. CityMac also offers one-on-one training for customers and is an Apple Authorized Service Center, enabling it to handle products covered by an Apple warranty.
The CityMac store at 1520 Highlands Drive NE, Suite 110, Issaquah, WA 98029, has eight employees and is managed by Allie Volland. All of CityMac’s employees are Apple certified and undergo continuous training to learn about new products, technical specifications, policies and procedures.
“As an Apple Specialist, CityMac is an independent Apple dealer that has met or exceeded Apple’s highest level of sales and service authorizations,” said Troy Curran, company president. “Our prices are the same as at Apple retail stores or Apple’s website and our staff’s expertise help customers before and after a sale.”
CityMac, founded in 1992, is one of the top 10 Apple Specialists in the country and also has stores in Kirkland, Bellingham and Burlington. The company recorded sales of approximately $25 million in 2013.
