If you need to return your item, please email email@example.com for your Return Merchandise Authorization and further instructions. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any other entity aside from CityMac. If you are in need of support please call 844-241-7575.
If the package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can process your RMA as soon as possible.
If your purchase has an issue right out of the box, CityMac will cover the return shipping on verified DOA Apple computers in the contiguous United States. If your purchase proves to be DOA for reasons other than hardware, i.e. improper software installs, etc., the return freight will be charged back to the customer. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, CityMac may impose an additional handling or restocking fee.
If you have an issue with any product you have received from us please take the following steps:
1. Call or email a CityMac representative and talk with them about the issue you are having. We will do our best to help fix your problem or work with the manufacturer to find a solution.
2. If it is determined that you need to return the product to us you will be issued a RMA number for the return.
3. Pack and ship the item back to CityMac. Any returned item must have its original packaging with all manuals, cables, in as new condition, otherwise a full refund will not be issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Packages must be received by CityMac within 14 days of the RMA issue date. Packages must also be clearly marked with the RMA number on the outside of the package. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returns to CityMac, unless CityMac is at fault for mispackaging, or it is a DOA Apple computer
Policy for new third party products
We will accept for a full refund or replacement any product that is returned in complete, undamaged and unmarked condition, with the exception of product that was ordered through Apple’s CTO (Configure to Order) process, opened memory or software. The returned product must be received within 30 days of the original shipping date. If the product has been opened, a 10% repackaging charge will be assessed.
Return Policy for new Apple Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact your CityMac customer service representative within 10 business days of receiving your order, at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you return an item unopened in the original box, we can exchange it, or offer a refund based on your original method of payment. All Apple products must be returned to our warehouse within 10 business days of your RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on any opened hardware, software or accessories.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Earbuds, batteries, opened memory or software and internal hard drives cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that contain hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
CDs or DVDs that have been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, please check your bank, credit card company, or Paypal for pending transactions.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: CityMac 2551 Roeder Ave Bellingham WA United States 98225.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
