YouTube Red – YouTube’s New Subscription Service

YouTube is an online service that is a house hold name. It has grown an incredible amount since its launch over ten years ago. YouTube has launched a new subscription service, named YouTube Red, allowing its users to view videos of their choice when not connected to the internet, along with a big new feature: ad free.
Offline Viewing
Have you ever been going on a trip where you know you would not have an internet connection? It happens. Luckily, if you wanted to watch a how to video on YouTube, or watch a new music video, YouTube Red allows for finding your videos and making them available for offline viewing. All you have to do I simply choose the videos you want, and they will download onto your device allowing you to access them when you do not have an internet connection.
Ad Free
Ads can be annoying at times. Sometimes if you want to watch a quick video, you first have to watch a thirty second ad, or you might get lucky and be able to skip it after five seconds. It’s something I have learned to live with over time. With YouTube Red, you don’t have to watch ads. That is right, YouTube Red is ad free.
Background Play
Background play is a service that is well liked. If you are listening to some music or listening to an interview, sometimes you may not want to be looking at the screen the whole time. Background play allows users to keep playing the video while not using the YouTube app.

YouTube Red offers a 1-month free trial. This way you can give it a try to make sure you like it before paying the subscription fee. YouTube Red is very well priced at just $9.99 a month.
